I agree with what so many have already said here. I am still using the TEA forms and they are so helpful in turning your thinking around and getting my life back on track :D

I have had great success with the TEA forms also. The advice from egriff and jr5 is excellent.

It definitely is and I am living proof of it :P I would also recommend the TEA forms for those who are self motivated and willing to work on them daily for a while.

Great attitude NHWS :!: I was stuck in the med trap for too long also but feels great to be beyond it now. YOu definitely need tools and some effort but I can tell you the payoff is soo worth it. I also recommend the TEA forms from the book by Sam Obitz and Michelle Craske mentioned above. They have helped me immensely and really are not that difficult to incorporate into your routine once you get over the learning curve with them :D
