Does anybody know of a support group for anxiety in the L.A. area??? I think this program and this website is AMAZING, but I would love to meet with people face to face and maybe find some friends that understand as a support system. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Guilty here... whether it be heart attack, stroke, death, cancer, diabetes, lack of oxygen, brain tumor, etc. I am constantly worried about what every single little feeling is and I stress about it in MAJOR ways... which of course brings on the anxiety attacks.

I am going into week 3 of the program and I am seeing/feeling a positive impact... but... I have been randomly getting "fuzzy", disoriented feelings followed by strong physical side effects, especially in my sight. Has anyone experieneced this? Any feedback?

Thanks to everyone for the great ideas and techniques. It all makes sense and although I don't have a full blown gas issue it does sputter up when the anxiety is really bad.
