Congratulations, manofmusic! 1. Went to NYC for a new-tech meeting. Was feeling anxious and maybe-I-should-skip-it a lot, but pressed through that silliness and went ahead and had fun. :D 2. Had a nice birthday yesterday. My daughter made me a cake and gave me a beautiful abalone pendant. 3. My neig...

Exactly, Charlie Brown - they were behaving badly, but my misbehaving in return would cost me a lot more than them. :(

I'm just grateful I finally found someone on the other side willing to push it through because it was the right thing to do.

Jan - I went ahead and simply read this session and moved on to the next. Like you, I exercise, and eat as well as I'm willing to. Eat better when the weather warms and I'm harvesting veggies from my garden. Cut back on caffeine and sugar earlier in the program. Started logging food choices with the...

Just listened to the CD's of this one last night. Wow. I related to a lot of the resistances to change, but the main one that hit me was Lucinda's - the anxiety / panic attacks / procrastination / staying stuck is "my excuse not to". Just seeing that, making it conscious instead of unconscious, seem...
