Hey Everyone I just had a major panic attack. I believe it's from the greasy chinese food that I ate 3 days ago. The same thing happened to me 2 weeks ago when I had the same greasy chinese food. That time, it took 3 days to make me flip out as well. It's so wierd because I haven't had panic attacks...

Hi everyone I just started working out again after 3 months of doing absolutely nothing but sitting around and worrying etc. So anyway, I've been riding a stationary bike. I went up to 25 minutes 3 times a week. I over did it and now have muscle exhaustion and can't move. Very painful. I'm so stress...

Wow can I relate to this. I absolutely hate going into Wal-Mart because I feel dizzy whenever I go there too. It is way too bright and I think that all of the shelves of products confuses me and makes me anxious. I much prefer smaller stores. I feel more relaxed in a smaller less noisy store.
