Re: Staying awake after taking xanax

I have .25 of Xanax to take as needed and the full dose usually knocks me out, so if I'm not home and I need it I take half.

Re: Anybody out there???

Blue, I haven't taken that medicine so I can't really say anything about it. But it took my doctor and myself several tries to find a medicine that didn't either cause too many side effects or not work at all. I think if it is not making you feel worse, try to stick with it. Hopefully you see improv...

I do not actually have that problem. But I had a health aide in school who always told us not to lay on our left side because it wasn't good for the heart. But I sleep on my left side all the time with no problems. So I think it is just how sensitive you are to it.

I am very sorry to hear that JD. It is horrible when someone we value and trust betrays us. I was betrayed earlier this year/late last year by someone I thought I could trust my life with. It hurts very badly. Focus on yourself right now. If you don't help yourself first you can't deal with any of t...

Hey there, congrats on going out to dinner with a group. That is great! And how great that you found someone to talk to about what is going on with you. It can be so hard to find someone who understands.

I am sorry to say that I really don't have any tips for you as I have the same problem. I stare at the clock BEGGING myself to get out of bed, all to just keep laying there. I completely lack the will to get up and get into the day. So fear not, you are not alone. Good luck to you.

Even if I know who I am voting for, I don't feel like it is anybody else's business. Isn't that why we vote alone? I usually say something along the lines of "I haven't entirely made up my mind yet." And leave it and that. If they want to say something about "their" candidate so be it, I can't chang...

Hi India--I have the exact same problem. I finally seem to be sticking to an exercise plan and it's been about 7 weeks and just last week I finally noticed that the racing thumping heart is not bothering me anymore. So if you can stick to a regular plan (and yes I do know how hard that is) I think o...

Well I don't have quite the same symptoms, but I do CONSTANTLY check my pulse, I have my fingers on my neck more than anywhere else!! So I don't think it is terrible. It's not hurting anyone to check your vitals. Good luck to you.
