Stress Center Peer Support

I have a very difficult time talking to people. It causes me to be very lonely and bored. After listening to one of the tapes talk about lost time and isolation was something I could really relate to. I feel like I lost a whole decade of my life.

I have joined the program about a month ago and it is very beneficial. I have suffered from depression and anxiety for many years.
