For me it has to do with fear of failure. If I don't start I can't fail. It's what I've been working on the most in counseling. Yup, I'm a perfectionist. I've started a new mantra "Good is good enough".

Sorry for the delayed response. For the blood test, they will draw several tubes of blood and then in a lab see how your blood responds to certain substances, like foods. They measure a substance called IgE, which is responsible for allergic responses.

Yup, the news was disasterous for me. I didn't watch anything for a while - even the sitcoms would have messages that I wasn't able to digest. I still have to be careful about what I watch because I really don't tolerate violence or shows where there is a lot of arguing.

I'd maintain a healthy skepticism about "miracle" products. I have never heard of it and plan to do some research on line and on PubMed (it is a government database of research articles) before using it.
