i have struggled with this for a very long time, very low self esteem, depression, constantly comparing myself to other women - always afraid of what i eat, wear -- etc. anyone else with this issue, or what helps? am on meds as well for ocd/depression. thanks for listening.

is anyone else on 80mg? i feel like i'm never going to get off this med. i have the program and haven't started yet, hoping that it will be for me a breakthrough -- looking to start it this weekend, i want to taper down the med, i think its not working anymore. any thoughts? do the meds stop working ...

31 is deff young to have a heart attack. i'm guessing there were prior heart problems or something to have lead to this.
