Well, no reply needed. I think I’ve figured out this app.

Actually, in section 1, the app doesn’t say “workbook” it says to do the “reading”. So is this the workbook? Seems I read somewhere in the app “workbook”.

Is the workbook located on the app? If so, how do I find it? Or is it the reading under each section? The daily check-list includes “workbook” but doesn’t use that term elsewhere.

Additionally, is the “feel better fast” just the one audio that leads in relaxation? The tab title says “Feel Better ...
