Re: Smart watch....anxiety inducing or relief?

Hi Coach Chris, Thank you for replying and I apologize that I never did. I didn't buy the smartwatch because I totally agree with you on the reasoning behind it. I did not finish the program like I had the first time I went through it. My anxiety was getting better and things were going pretty good ...

Re: Regressing :/

Thanks so much for your encouraging words. I agree about the caffeine. I went ahead and started the program from week one and I haven't had any soda or tea since that day I went to the ER. Right now it's just out of fear, but I know as I begin to feel back to normal that I'll start drinking some. Bu...

This was the first time I've gone to the ER for anxiety issues, surprisingly, and I've had anxie...

It happened last month and I was able to wait it out at home, but this time it bothered me so much that I wanted to go have it checked ...

Smart watch....anxiety inducing or relief?

Hi guys, I want to preface this post by saying that I know very little about smart watches :) While my anxiety is getting much better, I still have feelings in my body, mostly chest related, that tend to cause some anxiety thinking it's something bad. I heard a news story about a man whose smartwatc...

Dizziness

Hi guys! I'm in week 3 and this is my second time going through the program. I first did it about 10 years ago and it was definitely life changing! I've already seen a lot of improvement with my anxiety and panic attacks over the past 3 weeks, but I'm still having some spells of dizziness. Maybe som...
