Hi coach Chris,
Not too well. It’s been a daily struggle with panic attacks and body symptoms and then the scary obsessive thoughts came back from two years ago. I am struggling. On cd 1 still.

Re: Starting the program again
I am restarting the program too due to anxiety and depression. I had gone off my meds cold turkey without informing my doctor and wow I should have tapered down at least. However I don’t want to be on them forever so I guess it’s a step in the right direction but I know how it feels to fear the unkn...

I realize it’s been a long time. Are you still on the forum? I would love to hear how it’s going as I have struggled with eating disorders and phobias too and OCD thoughts that terrify me but reoccur daily.

Re: Session 3 Heart Attack Anxiety
I’ve been having panic attacks for two months again. I also have anxiety all the time if I’m not distracted with reading or googling forums and things to feel validated for how hard this is. My chest tightens up and I start having all kinds of what if feelings and thoughts and then I have to have my...

Re: switching careers and anxiety
Hi Joe,
I have a long career in teaching at high school and elementary and it has been fruitful however the last few years it’s been over the top stressful. There are so many changes happening in the world and it affects the students and the adults.

Re: Starting Over - Not in a Great Place Currently
Hi there, Wow I know very much how you feel. I feel battered and completely worn down too. I did the program two years ago, for about four months, then two months ago I relapsed into anxiety and panic attacks and general anxiety again. The benefit of covid is working from home, but I’m so anxious al...

Re: Hi. I am interested in an accountability buddy.
I would like an accountability partner as well. I need one actually. I keep getting a bit discouraged because restarting my depression medicine has given me too much anxiety. Would you like to be partners mcat?

Re: hi everyone
I would really like to do the program with you. I am on step 2. I did it in 2018 and need to redo it since I stopped taking medication and found myself in a daunting place.

Re: Ready to start my new life!
I am really similar to you. I can’t stay stuck anymore and I take it out in my relationship. I’m so tired of anxiety and depression. It’s been two months straight Non stop this time around and I need it to improve.
