Thanks Boon! This fear has ruined several family outings lately. I will ordered the book.

I am newly diagnosed as OCD. I seem to jump from one fear to another. CUrrently, I am terrified of blood and contracting Hep C. Every spot I see that is red or brown I fear is blood and that I will track it into my home and my family will contract Hep C. Does anyone else have this same type of fear?
