I am sorry your doctor was so thoughtless. A swollen thyroid can be so many anything things are easily treatable and honestly even thyroid cancer is highly curable although I doubt that is what you have. I hope you were able to go to your appointment

Change can be scary yes but maybe if you just look at those feeling different. Maybe those are the same feelings could be excitement to see the new you. You can do this!!

I am new here and I have gone through the program before a year ago but I was on medication then. I went off the medication and now feel I need it again, maybe more than before.
