I'm so hungry all the time. I feel like everything I eat gives me anxiety..any tips?

I don't know what to do! I feel so weird. I'm dizzy, spacy,and feel like everything isn't real.. Help!! Should I be worried? I'm freaking out. And nobody around me understands. I feel like I'm going insane.

I'm sure it was just anxiety. But I hate when I have anxiety symptoms in my head. That's what freaks me out the most. Honestly I'm scared that I'll have a seizer pr something. I've never had one but that's what it feels like.. I know its just my anxiety. But I feel like I make some progress one day ...

Is it weird that I felt calm until a little bit ago and feeling calm gave me anxiety because I am always anxious and I thought something was wrong with me? Idk I feel really spacey and my mind is not racing which I weird to me so it gave me anxiety???..

I did it! I made it into the grocery store. We didn't stay in there long but I managed to get my shopping done! Yay!

The program says to exercise? How do I do that if I can't go out of the house and I can't stand up that long because I get dizzy or I'm scared of my heart beating fast?

Yea that's exactly how I feel! Haha I'm getting better everyday and I am so thankful that I have people like you guys to understand me! I didn't have one panic attack yesterday and that's because I talked myself through it. Lets just hope I can do it again
