I lost my carry along cards. Can someone please tell me whats on the carry along cards for sessions of panic attacks and self talk the key to a healthy self esteem?

When i am calm and quiet i feel fine but when i get stressed which has been happening pretty often i have alot of nausea. i do not like to drive alone either i absolutely hate it .. it makes me feel very strange .. my chest starts to hurt a lot and i lose my breath so im taking a break

i always feel nervous too and its really hard to calm down. The smallest things bother me.. everything seems loud all the time and it frightens me .. i get my feelings hurt for no logical reason? and its difficult to breathe because i hyperventilate.
