Re: Mind and Body symptoms due to anxiety and panic. Check i
Very good list so many things that I'm not even aware might be due to anxiety. That's when it really gets my attention when I can't concentrate, feel weird and all the rest of it. Shakiness on the inside and feelings in my arms is what I hate although none of it is good. It even takes quite an effor...

Re: Second Time Going Through Program
Sounds so familar, I too have gone through this before. Recently I plunged to a new bottom. I got in touch with a friend and told her everything for the first time and continue with a coach from Stress, I think it was a big wakeup call to start taking care of myself all the time not just when I feel...

Re: I'm back
Was here in 2011-12 glad to see some familiar names, this must be a bad year or something. Well at least were not alone in this. There is a reason that we feel the way we do, I have had it as bad as it has been in quite some time. But now I'm starting over and going to take better care of myself. So...

Re: Hello I am starting over again
I'm also starting over again. I think I back to major depression which I have been to the doctor for and also have continued coaching. But I am going to slowly go back to the program so I can get back on track and maybe move forward a little. I thought maybe this would be a good place to start since...

Re: setbacks and moving forward
Lynda, I don't know what happens but I think sometimes it's hard to keep with it, not having the enthusiasm I had in the beginning but I think we are incorporating more of these things into our lives than we realize. Sometimes I think we have to do things in a little different way. One source of sup...

Re: setbacks and moving forward
Haven't been here in a little, bit but doing pretty good this week. It's been busy, have helped with three funeral dinners at our church. It was a good opportunity to be around people I'm not completely familiar with and I felt good about being able to participating in it. Forced me to get myself go...

Re: setbacks and moving forward
After a frustrating weekend with my husband who has been picking at me, probably frustrated that I'm doing things different and out of routine. I swear he has OCD but would never admit it in a thousand years, oh we had a tornado warning and he thought I was crazy for going to the basement with the k...

Re: setbacks and moving forward
What incredible people you all are with such great insights. :D I really had a great week this week found a very positive diversion in doing some research on family history, really got me going. I found I got so tired (in a good way) that I didn't even notice some of the minor irritations. I know I ...

Re: Medication
Maybe they need to start with a real low dose of generic prozac or paxill. Definitely call your doc.
