Stress Center Peer Support

Just curious because Im male and for the most part I see alot of females here. I just want to know how you feel. I feel like I am not as much of a man as I use to be 4 years ago before I had any of this. I cant do the things I use to do. Please respond if your male.

I always feel like I have a pinched nerve in my arm, shoulder, and leg. I get numbness, tingling, and a weird kind of sore pain that runs down the core of my leg and arm. It feels like I need to be constantly streching the sore area, but no relief. Anyone else feel this? It can hurt so damn bad! ---...

A lot of times, my most severe anxious moments happen right here in front of this computer screen. For some odd reason, being on the computer triggers anxiety in me. Anyone else ever expierience this?
