If I were you I would take the ingredient list to your pharmacist or doctor and ask them if they think any of what is in the supplements would be related to the two things you had an allergic reaction to.

I just finished "The worry cure" very good and to the point. It helped, I just finished this book and was reading it before I ordered the program.
